All of us are not same we all have different body shapes that's why we all gain fats on different parts of our body one can gain on lower body parts one can gain on abdomen r any one can gain more fats on upper body part these differences are all due to our body shapes and this is what remains always same no matter how fat u r or how perfect is your body shape.


To reduce or even to gain you should be aware of your body shape so its easy to get in perfect shape.To determine your body shape you just need
  • A measuring tape
  • A pencil or pen
  • A paper
  • A dress that fits you well.
After this do your body measurements and check them whether you are pear, apple, hourglass or invert triangle?


  • Hourglass: If your bust and hips give same measurements then you are one of the 8% lucky people in this world who have hourglass figure most admirable body shape.

  • Pear shape: If your hips measure more than your bust than you are pear body shape like me and unfortunately this is most difficult body shape to get in perfect figure.


  • Apple shape: If your belly measure almost equal or more than your bust and hips then you are apple shape this shape is most common in men as they gain more fats around their abdomen.


  • Invert triangle: If your bust is more than your hips then you have athlete's body with broad shoulders.

  • Ruler shape: If your entire body measurements are all almost same then you are the one whose body distributes fats equally on entire body.
